Heather Hawk -Smart Living Host
Heather Hawk is a national health and fitness correspondent for television, video, and radio. Heather has been seen on all the major networks as well as numerous cable stations including Discovery Health, Lifetime, HGTV, ESPN, HSN, and QVC to name a few. Heather proudly hosts “Smart Living on Charter Communications. She is a national spokesperson, consultant, and wellness advisor for several corporations and organizations in the health and wellness industry including Danskin fitness equipment for women, Sports Art, and Empower. Heather teaches listeners how to eat well, train properly, and create a healthier lifestyle through her radio show “Hawk On Health”. Having been involved in fitness since the age of 15, Heather’s passion is to educate and motivate all ages on the numerous benefits of a healthy lifestyle. This is accomplished through her media endeavors, video projects, and corporate affiliations. She is has also worked for many of Charter Media’s clients in various capacities as spokesperson or ad and client commercial host over the years. For Smart Living, Heather is not only host but also topical consultant and part-time field producer, assisting the executive producer in developing show content and booking.

Victoria Babu -Smart Living Correspondent
Victoria is a veteran of St. Louis media. The Emmy award winning journalist brings to Smart Living her experience as a skillful television anchor/reporter and radio host of "Body by Babu," a health and fitness call in show which airs every Saturday from 4-5p.m. on the Big 550 AM KTRS and as well on the "mindset" show with John Brown (former Smart Living Cast Member) weekdays from noon -3p.m. As a certified personal trainer, Victoria's passion for a healthy, fit lifestyle complements her goal to educate and inform viewers. Her inspiring show segments feature people who are taking steps to improve their health and, as a result, their lives. As a wife, mother and daughter, she shares similar concerns about her family's well being. Victoria's goal is to see St. Louis make the list of the top ten HEALTHIEST cities! Victoria is the longest active member of the Smart Living team joining us at our inception in 2004 and was nominated for an Emmy Award for her Smart Living piece entitled, "The World According to Joey," about youth with autism.

Matuschka Lindo -Smart Living Correspondent
Matuschka is also a veteran of media, coming to St. Louis as a reporter for KSDK-TV many years ago, and then co-hosting the morning show on The River with J.C Corcoran. Matuschka took time off to have a family and free-lanced doing Television Specials, Radio commercials and Industrial Films. She now co-hosts a radio show on ESPN called Mom’s on Kids Sports and is a reporter for Smart Living on CCIN. Matuschka is very involved with the community, Cardinal Glennon Hospital, Our Lady of the Pillar Church, and she is a Board Member for the Majic House. Matuschka is married to Malcolm Briggs who is featured on Charter’s Chalk Talk program and they have two children, a 12 year old boy and a 10 year old girl.

Wes Shirley -Smart Living Correspondent
Wes brings nearly a decade of award winning television news reporting to the Smart Living family. Currently, Wes works as a Producer/Director for Charter Media in addition to contributing reports and special interviews to Smart Living. For the last five and a half years, Wes worked as a Reporter/Anchor for KFVS 12 TV in Cape Girardeau. While there, Wes specialized in consumer reports, including nutrition, fitness, and medical stories. Wes’ talents as a journalist have been recognized by the Associated Press, the Missouri & Illinois Broadcaster’s Association, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Emmy organization. In his spare time, Wes enjoys playing tennis and running. One of his biggest personal achievements was running and finishing the 2008 St. Louis Half Marathon.
