Halibut with Garlic Crust

Salt & pepper

 

Olive oil

 

Garlic crust

Bread crumbs, butter, parsley, garlic

Lemon water

Freshly squeezed lemons in water

Lemon butter

Butter & fresh lemon juice
Directions  

Heat a pie tin in the oven. When hot, remove and drizzle oil in pan.

Season both sides of fish with salt & pepper.

Evenly spread a scoop of garlic crust on fish.

Place fish in tin & ladle with lemon water.

Bake in a 450 degree (F) oven for about 14 minutes. Remove when the crust is golden brown.

Serve atop a Blackened Potato Slice (see below). Garnish with chopped parsley & fresh squeezed lemon.

Directions for Blackened Potato Slice  

Microwave thick potato slices until about 75% done.

Season with pepper & cajun seasoning.

Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.
