*CCIN is available throughout St. Louis & Illinois on converter channel 3, although some cable-ready customers in St. Louis County & upgraded Jefferson County will find it on cable-ready channel 8.  CCIN is not available in the non-upgraded part of our Jefferson County system (approximately 3,000 customers).
